A complete plan for your home’s water supply
A whole-home repipe replaces the hot and cold water distribution lines that serve your fixtures. It is different from replacing a faucet, clearing a drain, or repairing one small section of pipe. The right scope depends on the condition of your existing system, the materials already installed, and access throughout the house.
We assess galvanized, copper, CPVC, Quest/polybutylene, and mixed-material systems. Our repiping work uses REHAU PEX, with the routing and connections planned for the property. The estimate should make clear which lines are included and whether a separate main water line upgrade is recommended.

Repair or repipe? Start with the cause.
A single fixture problem does not automatically call for a whole-home repipe. A restricted aerator, valve issue, or other localized problem may need a smaller repair. When deterioration affects multiple lines, replacing the broader system can be worth comparing with continued repairs.
We look at the existing materials, leak history, and accessible piping before recommending a scope. Tell us which fixtures are affected, whether hot and cold water behave differently, and what repairs have already been made.

Does a whole-home repipe include drains or the sewer line?
This service focuses on the water supply piping. Drain, sewer, fixture replacement, and the line from the street are separate scope questions. Your written estimate should identify the exact work included.
How long will the work take?
Many of our repipes are completed in one day, but access, home size, and the scope can change the schedule. We will discuss the expected work period and water shutoff before the project begins.
Will the walls need to be opened?
Some installations require access openings in walls or ceilings. Drywall patching is available as an optional add-on, or you may use your own contractor. Ask what patching and finishing are included in your estimate.
What does a repipe cost?
